She was a member of the Loma Linda University Church in Loma Linda, Calif. STOUT, Helena (Klotz), age 88 born March 12, 1934, in Poland died Aug. parents, Stacy and Olive Barber infant grandson, Todd Oaks and brothers, Melvin Barber, and Myron Barber. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. ![]() They also both enjoyed their many trips “Up North.” They truly loved the Mackinac Bridge and traveling the Upper Peninsula. They spent many winters in Zephyrhills, Fla., and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas trip to Hawaii. Together they kept very busy and enjoyed gardening, traveling together. Virginia was a teacher at Dort Elementary and Eisenhower Elementary – Flint Community Schools for over 25 years, while her late husband, Ray, worked for General Motors in Flint. graveside services were held in the Oak Grove Cemetery in South Branch, Mich. A memorial service was conducted by Pastor Jay Clough at Rose City Funeral Home in Rose City, Mich. Survivors include her daughter, Rose (Stephen) Paden and sister, Velma Bell. OAKS, Virginia Rose (Barber), age 97 born April 8, 1925, in upper-mid Michigan died July 15, 2022, in Gulliver, Mich. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Dorothy (Hilligoss) Haygood brothers, Noah, Edward and James Haygood sisters, Norma Denger, Clara Sewell, and Martha Schoolcraft. He is sorely missed by family and friends who are looking forward to the resurrection to be reunited, never to part again. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia (Curtis) Haygood sons, David Jeffrey Haygood, and Draven Haygood daughter, Tina Smith granddaughters, Christa “Betts” (Larry) McConnell, Laken (Seth) White, Kaitlin (Daniel) Newforth grandsons, Ethan Smith, and Caleb Smith. He was a member of the Spencer Church in Spencer, Ind. HAYGOOD, David R., age 80 born May 29, 1942, in Ingalls, Ind.
